We offer a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase, no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund:

- Provide your order number or email address used for purchase
- We’ll process your refund within 5-10 business days
What Happens After a Refund
- Your license key will be deactivated
- Pro features will be disabled on your website(s)
- The free version of Testimonials Manager will continue to work
- Your testimonials and data will remain intact
- Refund will be issued to your original payment method
What’s NOT Covered
Purchases Over 30 Days Old
Refunds are not available after 30 days from the original purchase date. We encourage you to test the plugin thoroughly within the first 30 days.
Subscription Renewals
- ❌ Renewals are not refundable
- ✅ You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals
- ✅ Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- ✅ You’ll receive renewal reminders 30 days and 7 days before your renewal date
Partial Refunds
- We do not offer partial refunds for unused time
- If you cancel mid-subscription, you retain access until the end of your billing period
Chargebacks
- If you file a chargeback instead of requesting a refund, your license will be immediately terminated
- Please contact us first – we’re happy to resolve any issues

How to Cancel Your Subscription
- Log in to your Purchase History page
- Click “Cancel Subscription” next to your license
- Or contact support and we’ll cancel it for you
What Happens When You Cancel:
- Your subscription will not renew
- You retain access to updates and support until the end of your current billing period
- After expiration, the plugin continues to work but you won’t receive updates or support
- You can renew at any time to restore updates and support
Upgrade/Downgrade Policy
Upgrading (Basic → Business)
- Purchase the Business license
- Contact support to receive a prorated credit for your remaining Basic license time
- Or wait until your Basic license expires and purchase Business
Downgrading (Business → Basic)
- Cancel your Business subscription
- Purchase a Basic license when ready
- No prorated refunds for downgrades
Failed Payments
If Your Renewal Payment Fails:
- We’ll attempt to charge your payment method up to 3 times
- You’ll receive email notifications about failed payments
- Update your payment method in your account dashboard
- If payment fails after 3 attempts, your subscription will be cancelled
- Your license will expire but the plugin continues to work (without updates/support)
Exceptions and Special Circumstances
Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that we cannot resolve:
- Contact support first – we’ll work to fix the issue
- If we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, we may offer a refund beyond the 30-day period
Duplicate Purchases
- If you accidentally purchase the same license twice, contact us immediately
- We’ll refund the duplicate purchase regardless of the 30-day period
Fraudulent Purchases
- If your purchase was unauthorized, contact us and your payment provider immediately
- We’ll work with you to resolve the issue
Australian Consumer Law
For Australian customers, our refund policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to:
- A refund or replacement if the product has a major failure
- Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
- A refund, replacement, or repair if the product fails to be of acceptable quality
These rights cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
EU Consumer Rights
For customers in the European Union:
- You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase
- By downloading the software, you acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal
- Our 30-day money-back guarantee provides greater protection than the statutory 14-day period
